This is another shot of that gorgeous peony bush I have in my garden. I can hardly wait for June! :)

this i think is the not smoking talking but i look at these petals and think of crisps :o)..its a beautiful slice of what must be a huge flower .wonderful colour and an excellent image tara mick

These flowers are what the English call 'blowsy'! (pronounced as in blouse) Meaning all frills and furbelows and describing a sort of overblown frivolity! This macro is like a peek up the petticoats! Great stuff!

I was thinking the same has Mick, wrong colour I know but either crisps or a cadbury flake. Crisps Tara are what you would call potato chips I think. Thinly sliced potato's deep fried and the cadbury flake is flakes of chocolate compressed but not very tightly. Fantastic macro, looking down into the folds. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
