I was be just as happy without side mirrors I think. I never use them and, in fact, most of the time I don't even remember I have them. I use the old fashioned method to see around me on the road - I twist my neck around. Cool shot...so this is what it looks like when you use the side mirrors? LOL

I have one similar to this Sue, I must dig it out, I took a shot of an eighteen wheeler driving down the motorway at 60mph. This is great, love the motion blur at the side of the road, whilst the rear view is pretty sharp, as is the distant bush. This seems to have been taken through the glass, so that makes it even better. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!! I'll dig mine out and post it.

Very cool, personally, I was under the impression that side view mirrors were merely there so you wouldn't miss any photo ops!!
