I have to make it to you Every second without you Is a second wasted There is so many hills in our way But I am up to the climb I am so motivated Because I know every step I take Puts me one step closer to your arms The only reason I can make it Is I know You are climbing hills too

"Every second without you is a second wasted." Nice! There you go again, packing the world into a few words. There's so much energy and intensity in that line, it sets the stage for the rest of the poem. Excellent work, my poet friend!
