okay.. here's the thang....Valentines Day is not, repeat not, my favourite holidayish day of the year (now, take HALLOWE'EN...woo baby!) but it's about love... and what is more important than love? so, for those doing the love thing.... indulge and enjoy!

For me, living in America, I like Independence day best. Fireworks, carnivals, picnics and with my childhood spent in Chicago, it was summertime, my favorite time of year. But every year, for thirty years now, I have gotten my wife a French Silk chocolate pie for Valentine's day. Asked her if she preferred anything else, roses, clothing, travel... she said she looks forward to the pie every year and wishes for nothing else as that day's gift. Looks like I'll be doing that as long as "Bakers Square" stays in business. "Marie Calender's" silk pie doesn't even come close. The French Silk Chocolate pie mixes in the bowl before baking, looking a lot like the image you've presented here. Makes me think of Independence day.

I'm with you on Halloween as well. I mean, I have two roomies as ugly as me, there's definatly no love thang going on anywhere near here. However, this is a stunning image!
