Another winter warmer shot taken last Friday at Llandudno's West Beach in North Wales. Postwork includes slight alteration of curves and channel mixer as well as a slight boost in saturation. I also removed some lens flare form the bottom right of the pic which wasn't very big but I just found it a bit distracting.
A big thank you to all who voiced concern on my last upload after I was badly affected by a stomach bug last week - I am just about back to normal now, but I was pretty beaten up for a few days and absent from the galleries for a little while.

Stunning composition, Carl! I love everything about this especially the sun's effect in the sand and rocks in the central foreground.......could be a molten metal that's shimmering there! Fabulous.

Well, I agree with all of the above regarding the gorgeous colours, superb composition and perfect reflections in the water however, the best part of this capture for me is the amazing detail and wonderful textures in the foreground pebbles/rocks contrasted by the silk-like water that surrounds them. This is an amazing capture hun and definitely a fave for me as the whole scene portrays an air of romance and serenity. Hugs babe xox

Yummy shot here Carl :) composition is spot on and got the detail in the foreground with the colours, although the background seems like it is a bit oof (looking specifically at the silhouette's edge on the left and the waves on the sea)... looks like the perfect spot to take some long exposures to get the water moving over the rocks, did you manage any of those?

Lovely wide angle here the water glistening on the rocks it cold be warm, but I know it' not! Great colours and mood. Why anyone would want to go to Ibiza when you can take the same sort of shots in North Wales in beyond me! 8~)
