Description

The first of what will be 2-3 pictures I took of the recent lunar eclipse. I tried both my 500mm lenses, the Tokina mirror lens and my Infotar refractor, settling on the Infotar. Shutter speed was about 1/125th, all else was auto, F8. While it was cold outside (which usually mean clear skies), the moon was low on the horizon and for a good portion of the shoot some ice clouds were around the moon fuzzing it up, so this was as good as it got.
