Description
As it says on my yahoo profile, photography is more of a passion than a hobby for me... Wednesday night from the time of local moonrise (eclipse was already well under-way in Roslyn, Washington) until totality I snapped over 100 photos! I didn't continue shivering after totality, so my sequence stops there.
I chose six of my eight best shots for this collage; the other two really don't look very spectacular in thumbnail, but are quite nice in full-image. Over the next week I plan to post several of these images individually, but thought I would start with an overview.
Please remember I do not have a telescope to track the moon and on the full images you can see the motion of the stars (exposures 4-5 seconds in many cases), so the edges of the moon may be slightly fuzzy. ©2008, Windchime Photography.
NO POSTWORK other than resizing/cropping/pasting for the collage and adding the frame.

Great shots none the less. A lot better than mine. In Hawaii, we could only see part of it. Plus, most of the time, the clouds obscured it. Nice job. Aloha
