Description

Can you tell what I've been doing with my time? We haven't had so much snow down this low in awhile, so I'm taking advantage of it as long as I can! I try to take my camera with me every time, but the conditions are not always that great, but yesterday was wonderful, warm, and I was loving every minute of it!!!! The only thing was...... I was out there alone..... no one to ski with.... the silence was incredible! So please, won't you come ski with me? Please view full size! ps: Still working on "Winter work in Progress", maybe I will have it finished by "next" winter. LOL :P

This is beautiful, but you can keep the cold white stuff. I'd rather be sipping a pina colada on the beach. :-)

Love the point of view. As much as Dennis has a point, snow is seldom seen here on the gulf coast. Having never skied myself, it would be a hoot to try. ;-)

Looks like someone was there before you maybe you can catch up to him or her and then you wont be alone. Great idea for a shot though.

This is a gorgeous nordic skiing shot, wow. What a great perspective and it leaves me wondering what kinda yoga twist you did to get it, hehe. Up here in Canada there is no shortage of snow and this looks like positively balmy skiing conditions! If you want cold... well it warmed up to -28C (-18F)the other day so I went out for a night ski! Normally I stop skiing at -15 (5F)but this year I set my limit to -30 (-22F) or I'd never get out!
