Description

Another Muscovy duck from yesterday, I really like these guys they’re fun to watch and very friendly. This one had just gotten out of the water and was bussing himself preening. When he saw me he stopped and struck a pose, LOL. Anyway that’s what it looked like, they’re unique in their appearance, the feathers on their head looks more like hair than feathers combed back in 50’s style. Muscovy’s are a domestic duck; I haven’t seen them hanging out much with the wild ducks in the lake. They have their own territory and I find them there pretty much every time, crossing over to the wild side only on occasions.
