Description

Someone had left corn on the park table; this squirrel was taking full advantage of the gift. I believe this is the same squirrel that ran up to me a couple of days before only to find I had nothing to offer her. As friendly as she had been, I approached the table and to my surprise she just looked up at me and went back to her lunch. The think about squirrels they eat only the heart out of the kernel and discard the rest seems like a lot of work for a little reward but they enjoy it. I talked to the couple that I see walking in the park every time I’m there. They always have bags of corn and bread crumbs to feed the squirrels, ducks and geese they have most of them named, LOL. They told me that if I bring bread to feed her that she would climb my pant leg to get it, I well do that Monday. Thanks for viewing and for your comments, Have a great weedend!!

I would be afraid of rabies since they are a major carrier.still they are beautiful rodents if they are out in the woods and not chewing holes into your home.beautiful capture
