Is Anybody There?
For the first year or so after the comet struck, most folks were too busy trying to survive to consider looking for anybody else. Then a few intrepid explorers began searching for the company of others or for whatever objects and materials they found useful. It was lonely and dangerous but some thrived on it and found a purpose for their lives....

I never realized until the other day that you can use the different breed dials for the Millinium Dog and create interesting mixed breed dogs. What you have here is mostly mastif and Boxer, with some German Shepard and Hound in him. Beefed him up a bit and ended up quite pleased with him--the perfect companion for a post Apocalypse journey.
Used "Lost City" Bryce scene freebie by spacebones (sharecg)for setting. Truck is "Trader Vehicle" by kalebdaark (Renderosity). My first Victoria 4.2 figure with skinmat by MaskEdit (Renderosity) and morphs by Syyd (RDNA). Her hair is the wonderful "LA Hair" by aerysoul (Renderosity). Her top is also by AS. Jeans are "V4 Morphing Jeans by Billy-t (Renderosity). Boots B9 Stompers. Her military harness and equipment are by Panko (Renderosity). The mossberg compact shotgun laying in her lap was a net freebie; as is the shortwave radio and the gun ammo cannisters.

This is really a well done and very cool render, Jeremy. Love that dog and the 'covered wagon' look to the vehicle. Your background remnants of the city are outstanding and most creative.

My wife asked me what the dog's name was. I hadn't really thought about it much at this point but after mulling it around for a couple of minutes, Cruncher seemed to be a natural. Dana, the girl, calls him Crunch for short.
