Description

the way is rocky... it's hard to get all you want... I've took this about long ago... with my phone camera... I hope you all like it... I'm sooooo bust these days... college, rehearsals, photography lessons, writing for the magazine, and reading novels for college... it's crazy... My sleep therapy is not going well... I'm worried. I hope everyone is fine and everything is going great... Love, Nahla

Those are very large blocks, Nahla. The figure pondering the waves, gives a good scale for the viewer. The blocks look like precast concrete, so are probably not old parts of the harbour, but possibly World War II vintage. Re sleeping, the best advice is to slow down, take less coffee, and take one thing at a time. Re-evaluate your priorities. You are no good to anyone, if you are unable to function due to lack of sleep. Work, rest and play. Sleep the sleep of the just, my friend. Warm regards, John.

I love the deep blue of the water. That is something I do not see all the time here because mud mixes with ocean and river water when rain falls. Of course, from the middle of June until the last of October, there is no rain here. My thought on your anxiety is that perhaps you are in such a rush to accomplish all your goals at one time that you are taking too much at one time. I know when you are young, you feel you have to do it all at that moment - begin your adult life at once. Fact is, you have so many more years as a struggling adult (no matter how prepared you might believe you think you are for adulthood) than you have years for growing and preparing for it. Sometimes it is better to take a little longer to prepare than it is to push too hard and miss something along the way...like sleep. :-)

the water is so beautiful and an excellent quality for a camera phone. I was thinking the concrete objects were just old planters until I spotted the man.they are of incredible size. for 2-3 years when I was still working, I had abused my body so much from moving heavy ladders and doing carpentry like hanging doors weighing as much as myself that my joints were going bad.since retiring they have recovered and now I can work out with weights every evening plus walking a lot.my point is now I sleep the whole night since I started working out.if you are able try exercise and maybe you will be so tired that you will sleep
