Description
Subtitled Mystical Isle, this is a timely dedication to Kittykat1963 ( Kathleen ), whose birthday it is today. I know that kids love to help us poor adults celebrate our birthdays, but sometimes all we really want, especially towards the end of a long day, is some 'P 'n Q' ( Peace and Quiet ). Here is a peaceful image for you, my friend, and all who need some calm in their lives.
The image was created from only 201 polygons in VUE 6 Infinite, one of my favourite programs. It uses very simple, agate based textures, from kore21 ( Karen Verba ),but somehow managed to give me almost a dreamy quality when it rendered, after only 17 minutes or so. I tried some alternate MATs but this wee experiment seemed to be the best, although not the most realistic, version of this terrain and POV.
Sweet dreams to those who need some sleep therapy too. Have a nice Sunday, now that Saturday is almost finished. Thanks for all your comments.

Mystical Isles are beautiful John.Thank you so much for this timely piece. Funny thing is, I've been called a "mystical"lady as of late by friends and family, and just today was caught humming and singing the lyrics to Van Morrisons "Into The Mystic" Coincidence? Je ne c'est pas! They say third times a CHARM! And here it is! 3rd charm done by a friend! Thank you again for this wonderful dedication and all of your well-wishes Hon! I am exhausted! In a good way. It's only 10:30'ish and some friends invited me out, but I'd rather sit infront of my PC, catch up on my mail,drink a cup o'rosie and relax!
