Description

This is the river that divides Puerto Vallarta east and west. I took this looking upriver just before it empties into the ocean. I did some postwork, giving it the gauzy effect. I also used this in my Wrtier's post of last night, check it out if you like. click here

I was thinking along the lines of amlondono. It has that Impressionist painting quality to it. Very lovely image!

Neat postwork Marilyn, I liked yesterday's version as well. I'm not sure which I like the best as they are both very good. I do like the effect that you have created, I kep saying to myself it's about time I got into doing some postwork myself, but I never find the time. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

Oh Marilyn, this is beautiful and dreamy! I love the hazy, fuzzy focus of it coupled with the brilliant and lively color! This is a gorgeous shot, and definitely a favorite of mine. You have an incredible eye for this kind of stuff and you capture it and work it beautifully. This is fantastic work! Your gallery is great, and this is a great addition to it!

Good Lawd, I thought my eyes had finally given out on me until I read your narrative about the gauzy effect, which is excellent in this postworked capture, Marilyn. Really love the ripple effect of the lazy river.
