Description

Making good progress now, I spent 12 hours on the set today and have made pretty good progress. It's actually looking like a ship's hold now. Rendered in poser 7 only postwork was to add the small patch of backround out the cannon hole. If progress continues at this rate the set aught to be ready for upload to market next weekend.

The cannons, bell, bell lock and chains are all fully animated characters.

It's a bloodly, bloody business we have got in! I remembered this style of carriage as used with bombards and am curious what era is depicted. Before 1776 by some ways. Maybe on a ship that faced the Armada or met the treasure ships just after that. One of Drake's old commands perhaps.

Well i am stealing thins form several eras so it can be used pretty much when ever ya like. The ship is maller than I was planning due to memopry demands, the cannon suck up a fair bit of ram and the more support work there is the more ram raytracing uses for shadows. Like all of our stes it is still a building set made of "lego" style parts. I am working on 7 differednt configurations including one that looks like the inside of a colonial fort. All will be included in the final product.
