As a graphic designer I often use the power of 3D (Blender, Carrara, Hexagon, Poser, Bryce, Swift3D, Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, Studio Artist) to create images that never be created otherwise, on that short notice or for that kind of money. To create all kinds of communication.
BIO He he, biography. Like someone is interested. I'm just the regular journalism-educated-turned-copywriter-turned-designer-turned-business-analist-turned-ux-designer-allroundmarketinginda-guy. Hooked on computer graphics, producting dance music and creating communication.

A piece of art. The only things i don't like are the artifacts in the radiosity and the texture in the bump channel (maybe you've used a texture that is less than 256 x 256 pixel size?). The POV is perfect, the DOF too and the modeling of the character is amazing. I'd like too see a low poly version.

I kind of grew the beard for this animation. But I did get some compliments (some involving commander Ryker, not sure what to make of it) from other people than my wife. The most important women for me, my wife and two year old daughter both commented on the tickling sensation, to put it mildly. At least I now know I can pull it off...
