Description

Well, my dragons series is not quite over yet... Those of you who followed this series may remember "Dragon Surfing", link below (by the way, this image was awarded "Picture of the Day" at e-on and it was even used in one of their newsletters). thumb_1604242.jpg I thought it could be nice to show another POV of this scene. I changed almost nothing, just camera position. You now get to see the two dragons that before you could only see from way above. For composition reasons, I decided not to get too close anyway. Thanks for watching!

Congrats on the recognition from EON- very cool! I like this angle, being in the middle of this valley or canyon really gives a feeling of depth and as stated above, a great sense of scale.

The ecosystem on the walls is a bit too uniform for me. There are too much similar looking plants, too few variations. The view from a distance IMHO was much better. Still, the landscape is impressive, the lighting is top notch. Good work.

Not surprised. You deserve some recognition. All hail Infinite ecosystems! Yay!! You did, as per usual. I wish my Vue worked sometimes. I think my PC just can't handle it anymore. ^__^

Impressive landscape, great eco !!! A little point of constructive critics: TMO the dragon rider should be bigger / nearer to the camera, from the present camera-POV its hard to see what it is ... ? Have a nice day !

I loved "Dragon Surfing" and I also like this new version a lot, too. It's interesting how a few little changes to the camera angle and focus can create a new image - very well done!

I liked the drama and excitement in the previous version more, but the water in this version is wonderful - so inviting!

Superbly lit and a wonderful PoV, Observation: the terrains looks overly busy and distract too much from the whole. Still a fine render though.

What I like the most are intense variations of deep green and water reflections. The rest is pure delight.
