Description

Again a Lady in red! ;o) That skirt is a dynamic one and belongs to the wonderful Victorian Lolita dress from Lululee. Clothifying the skirt was a bit tricky, as Aiko's legs mustn't poke through the skirt in the first frame (which they do in the zero-pose), but after that's fixed, it flows beautifully. Rendered in Carrara6P with a distant light. As C6P doesn't support clothifying items, I still had to do that in Poser 7 and then export the final frame with that excellent python script from the Daz Tutorial. Worked perfect! Nigh no postwork, except for very few hard edges and composing the logo. Carrara 6 Pro Poser 7 PotoImpact 12 Aiko 3 Victorian Lolita Dress - Lululee Thanks a lot for taking the time to have a look and perhaps you even feel in the mood to leave a honest comment - I love to see them despite the obligatory ones :o) Hoist the colours high! ~Sassy~ P.S.: I haven't abandoned my pirates, by all means! I'm just on a roll with these retro-ladies :o)

I truly love her hair and the dress. Matches the time frame so well in which you have put in her in. Great image. Karen :)

love the look of your lady... I like your Johnny Dept avatar. I like your Pirates logo down at the bottem... however, I would like to suggest that you personalize your signature down at the bottem... My Idea, make it look similar to how you have your colors, textures on the skull and bones but make it yours... take the cross bones away and put paint brushes... take the bandanna away and put the stereo typical artist hat... maybe even put a goetee on the skull... it will be your signature, it will look cool like the pirates logo... make it fantastic so you can use it as an upload and maybe even your avatar... I hope you like my idea and run with it.

That's a pretty pinup! Or should I say starlette type picture? I like it, but the light seems to draw attention away from her lovely face, that's the only issue I have with this image.

I just picture her in a smoky nightclub leaning against the piano, mesmerizing the boys with her sultry voice. Beautiful work dear. Always breathtaking.

Well Saskia, I must say I'm impressed. This figure is pretty much flawless. The only thing I can think of that you could do to improve the image would be to give it a really good background to add some additional depth to the character. I have to agree with SafyrDrathmir's comment... the first thing I thought of when I saw her was that she would be perfect as a lounge singer in a smoky, film nior inspired bar. And given you talent for building and lighting scenes I think tht would be a perfect next image for you (hint hint ;) ). Very well done Sassy... looking forward to you next one love. Genma

I've never been able to do anything but the most simple cloth sets, so I think you did an excellent job with the dress here. Great job on the lighting as well as the overall "Hollywood Class" (oxymoron?) to this image. All in all you made a dammed fine one here hon.
