Description

This image was inspired by Tony's(Tanglimara's) request for suggestions as to how to create a stormy sea.I got to thinking,I had never tackled this subject myself...so here we are.Two terrains rendered in "Atlantic" water material, inside a large sphere rendered in a cloud material to create a misty fog layer.Postwork in photoshop includes a suggestion of a figure in the cockpit,a warning light on the side of the ship and a spattering of rain starting to fall. Thanks for viewing and previous comments...Neil

Very wild ocean seas, Neil. And a very well done way of showing just how to create it. Sure wouldn't want to really be out on that water.

What can I say Neil, you've made it look so easy and many thanks for the dedication and the suggestions from yesterday which I'm currently working on. Wonderful rough seas, great foggy effect and excellent atmosphere make this image a winner in my eyes. Straight into my favourites without a moments hesitation. Tony :-)
