Description

Poser and photoshop. Just for fun :) Trying to work on putting two or more models in a scene and blending, not happy with the result but I may be on my way...a learning experience ,none the less. For my good friend Darkwish!A great poser artist who really knows how to use light and posing! I hope you enjoy!! This does benefit from a full size view...Thanks for looking ! I don't know about later Poser programs than Poser5. But Poser5 sucks on multiple characters. It blows up or locks up after about 2 characters. Less if clothes and props are included. Dial-Crosstalk is a major fault. Dial the arm of the man and the lady's arm moves instead. Backdrops are easy to use but then issues with grounding the characters and shadows becomes horrible. Tried using each render as a backdrop for the next (character included) render (for an overlay effect) doesn't work because Poser smoothes the backdrop every render, instead of just leaving it as an originally loaded BMP file... means the the background becomes blurred after about 3 overlayed re-renders. The only way I've found around this is do each render as a stand-alone character and make a PSP tube from that single render. Then overlay them in PSP or any paint program and finally paint the shadows in by hand. Or.. pose a character(s) and save them as a wave object(s). Then import them into Bryce, as many as I want, all pre-posed. Problems then are hair, skin tones and lack of re-posing tweeks. Anyway, this one looks pretty good. Shadows need work. Hope this helped.. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)

I think is blended very well... shadows and scene all sem to fit naturally..I especially like the "look away" from the viewer ...on the front character and the sense of motion it conveys ...you dont see much of this type of style...a great job here!

Pretty good for a first try. I just think the left-hand character is too big to look real, compared to the others who are closer to the viewer.

Let's start to say I don't have any poser experience. The atmosphere here is great but about the relation of the different individuals, I believe some slight corrections are necessary. I realise that this must be very difficult. Futher I love your arrangement.

I often wondered why you never went for more than one model. I've tried up to 10 with no problems what so ever. You than add 3D models to the scene instead of a photo backgroung and wind up with a hudge file. 500 megs in some cases. Cool one keep them comming.

This is FAR BETTER than anything I'd do in Poser...I love the scene and the interesting take on characters. There is a liveliness to this scene that works very, very well, especially in the sense of movement and the light/shadow/color ambiance. Fantastic job for an experiment. I wouldn't change a thing, but I do agree that the woman in the elegant dress (love the dress, by the way!) is a bit tall for the position she's in. THAT doesn't detract from the image at all, and in a sense, the disproportionate scale actually adds something; I guess it draws your attention to the uniqueness of the character. I'd simply scale her down a little bit, not too much though. Having said that, this is still a 5+ image! Wonderfully done and I gotta say that I love the background as well...it's as lively as the foreground characters.

The poses of your characters are just right for their placement in this scene. Nicely done!
