Description

With an empty stomach and the determination to get up for sunrise and test out my new B+W ND1000 (check the cloud movement/exif) after being ill the whole of the previous day this was pretty much the only decent shot out of the very brief excursion and basically one of 3 points of view i took on the whole walk around (ie tripod setups) - yup i wasnt feeling great at all. Anyway - i am very impressed with what Geert posted in this thread on Unsharp masking: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?thread_id=2732805 I recently got into the habit of doing a 20%, 60px, 2 threshold before resize and then a 0.2 / 0.3px, but his method is actually rather nice in bringing out texture especially in the darks for some reason (at least in this photo).
