Very polite one looking at camera: " When mum said that we would be painted, I naturally assumed that it would be by an artist, not by the Mrs. Farmer's scruffy husband... However, apparently, we are to be shown in a nice gallery after all, somewhere called Renderosity, wherever that is, courtesy of one of those 'Rain-Seekers', sorry Lakes hillwalkers, .." ;o) Nice capture, Rozanne. Sheep are sometimes quite stupid animals. I remember having to free this same sheep, time after time, from the wire fencing, as it attempted to reach the same patch of tasty docken leaves.. Eventually I just uprooted the dockens and put them through teh fence. She did not seem well pleased. Hmm. Regards, John.

very nice, rozie, and neat that there's a wall and fence behind them, because the sheep look at home regardless. I don't know if those red splotches in their wool are their natural coloration, or markings placed there by owners. (I don't know anything about sheep!) Whichever, it makes for a gentle eye-opener, amidst their whites and beautiful bluish grays. The sheep here in the states are simpler. They don't dress as inventively...Also, I've noticed a number of your photos have this peaceful green in them...another side of your soul, pouring out of you into your work. Ok, while I'm here, let me be the first to say your homepage photo is a joyous spill-of-a-shot, and I love it. It's someone having a lot of fun just 'being'. Wonderful! An eye-opening greeting to the world---may it greet many, many people! M
