If anybody needs to know anything, feel free to ask, I have nothing to hide but I

Didn't you know, Kathleen, that it was a 'safe house' maintained on behalf of the RCMP Witness Protection Program ( regulated since 1996 ) by RCMP C Division ( Quebec )? Only kidding, my friend. I am sure that there is at least one good, human story behind this faded fascade. However, if you are encased in plaster cast, and are using a good pair of binoculars to conduct some surveillance/neighbourly concern, might I point out that in the films this is a potentially dangerous way of whiling away the time.. ;o) Warmer regards ( 3C ) from a windy Glasgow, John.
