Many health issues kept me away from my art endeavors. It was discouraging really. But I need not squawk about that
My angels are now 16 & 17 years old. Time does fly!
I have 3 cats. My cat Kharma had 8 kittens in total in the last year. I have a pure black male cat, Salem. The kitten's name is Bear. A female, dark cocoa in color and very long hair. I had to keep her....She is just soooooooooooooooooooo awww!!!! CUTE!!
As for me...49 yr old....
that's mostly it... *giggles
Sorry, don't like to talk about me much
If anybody needs to know anything, feel free to ask, I have nothing to hide but I
am not a fan of putting it out there :))PEACE & LOVE to everyone

I never could get on with pastels, or watercolours, Kathleen, but then I had virtually no art training. A mistake coming to light in a work in progress, ( very often spotted at almost the last moment ) was often useful in refining what I wanted to do, before I delivered it to whoever it was destined for. Even a bad smudge, or ink spill, in a calligraphic sheet could be turned into a wee ornamental illumination in keeping with the style of the piece. I now know where the monks who worked in scriptoria ( writing rooms for illuminated manuscripts ) got their inventiveness from...mistakes. To err is human. To err a lot is 'superhuman' ... ;o) Life is a bit like that, since God makes the best of our mistakes ( or rather what we perceive to be wrong paths ) and still weaves our 'unique best future' using the poor materials which we often leave Him with. He may be 'King of the Universe', but as Our Father, He is more than happy to be concerned about our snallest problems. God is assuredly in the details. Be at peace and sleep well, my friend. Regards, John.

Thinking on your Rose-Image, I guess it was a bit more as a short romance for you; but not for him as it seems :-( Very good drawing what you have done here!!
