Guisado Argentino de vaca Yo he preparado una mañana este estofado, porque tenia mucha hambre , siempre pensando en el exquisito estofado de cordero que hace Didi, para el afortunado Sir David. (algun dia Diana tendras que preparar una olla bien grande para todos los de RR!!) Bueno si alguien quiere la receta es igual, que otros estofados, pero con carne de la pierna de la vaca... Hay que tomarse un tiempo para cocinarlo y hacer que todos los sabores se hagan uno... pero es extraordinariamente exquisito. Tengan todo un buen dia... ... y muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Roby -****************---------------****************- Argentinean stew of cow I have prepared one morning this stew, because taenia a lot of hunger, always thinking of the exquisite lamb stew that makes Didi, for the fortunate Sir David. (some day Diana will have to prepare a very big pot for all those of RR!!) Good if somebody wants the recipe it is same that other stews, but with meat of the leg of the cow... It is necessary to take a time to cook it and to make that all the flavors are made one... but it is extraordinarily exquisite. Have an entire good day... ... and thank you for their comments. Roby

This is just as pretty as any picture you have ever posted. Excellent details and colors. A bonus with this one is that I can smell it. You got the juices soaking through the potatoes. A fine meal. :O)

Good detail and true color. I grew up on lamb stew and in later years, cooked beef stew for my family. I still cook both but since I do not eat much red meat any more, I have not enjoyed a beef stew in years! Nice shot.

Nothing like the taste of beef stew, the best way to use up the shin beef, or to make a curry with it is another . Excellent capture Roby, I am having the same for my dinner today.
