Description

Taken Fri.March7th The day me and my mate Jeff went off to Heaton Park North Manchester and took pictures of the friendly Squirrels. On the walk back to the car we took a short cut through the area where they keep farm animals, the main part of the farm was closed to the public but we did manage to capture one or two shots of whatever we could ge. I played around in photoshop elements5 with this. Hope you all have a good day. Alan

Were we at the same park Alan, this looks a bit different to my peacock shots, lol. Excellent shot and fantastic postwork, you are really getting to grips with that E5, better than I am any day. I think this is really really good, I know what you've done to it. Brilliant work. Bravo!!!!! He does look a bit peed off doesn't he.

I think he's cute! And looks interested in you! Perhaps after such a look keep your camera and your eyes away;) - they tend to go for shining things:)! Great POV and colour by the way!:))

What a great capture! Not only a beautiful (if a bit intense looking!) peacock, but a huge butterfly on a budelia blossom! Two for the price of one. Awesome work, my dear. Whatever work you did on this, it's just wonderful!

Great stars of luck, how did you manage this? Besides having the butterfly in the shot so close to the bird, did you have to slither up on your belly to get this magnificent pov? Wow. I'm so very impressed.

You're right Mick a totally different background taken on a different day, I think most people have giving a hint that they knew that. Tara noticed Budelia blossom which isn't out yet. I've not seen any Butterflies since last Summer. But for Pj. the Peacock was used to people, was sat high on a fence and I walked right up close to it. ALAN...
