Description
Okay, so my camera's a bit of a plaything at the minute and I'm learning how to use it properly. One thing I tend to find is that it's easy to get good results using high contrast/low light scenes on a long exposure.
In this particular case, all the light in the scene is provided by a 3 LED torch. I set the camera to a 30 second exposure and swept the beam from one end of the Saxophone to the other.
The only thing that let it down was the fact that I hardly bothered to clean the saxophone. With some effort, it would have been so much better.
Camera: Nikon D200.
Focal Length: 26mm
Shutter: 30sec
Aperture: F16
Metering: Matrix
ISO: 100
Post production in Photoshop.
Still, not bad for 10 minutes work :).
