Description

I'm back everyone :o) Amy has been recuperating from being spayed last week, as have Carina and Madelena so I have spent my time looking after them, and resting myself too. In this photo I noticed the sparkling barbs on Amy's tongue as she washed herself, so thought of calling it 'Nature's Hairbrush', but settled for a play on words as I added the ball in the foreground for interest, so that is how it became 'Paws' for a Wash. It's good to be back with you, and to also thank you for all your lovely comments and favouriting my previous compositions. I will get around to all your galleries over the next few days, and am looking forward to commenting. I hope today finds you all feeling good, hugs and love Jane xx

Oh Jane, Amy's such a cutie!!!!!!!!! And a beauty too. You've captured a wonderful moment in the life of a cat and with so much detail. Excellent and lovely - I could look for hours at your wonderful compositions - Please more cats and dogs! Happy easter, ~Sassy~

Again, a perfect cat portrait. You are the master. :) My boyfriend and I just recently decided to take in a (half-)wild cat. He is very shy but does, at rare occasions join us in the sofa, purring and letting us pat his soft fur. When he grows bolder, perhaps I can photograph him and show him to you. He is such a beautiful cat, creamy yellow in streaks with amber eyes.
