Description

Wanted to vary the view on this render by creating a long and narrow scoped image size. Also was playing around with a sandy beach look. The lightning strikes coming from the darkened, distant, stormy sky were added by hand, postwork. Enjoy and thanks for viewing and commenting... Bryce PW, resizing, sharpening, sig. wioth Paint.Net

Another great image. You are the master of atmospherics in Bryce.

This is a great image! I love the vague otherworldly quality that it has...partially because of its starkness, and because of the plants themselves. They look a bit jagged and like something you'd find in some remote corner of the African savanna. Great work and an excellent sense of foreboding mood.

Chip took the word right out of my mouth - foreboding --scary looking sky here, time to hunker down inside and stay dry!!

Excellent render, Keith. The atmosphere is very realistic the way the low mist is hanging back into the mountains and the superb work on the lightning. Outstanding work and the panoramic view is perfect for the scene. (A 10 from here :) if I could.

Excellent work Keith, the narrow view certainly give this one added depth. Wonderful rolling hills and I like the addition of the lightning. Tony :-)

I can feel the static in the air, the approaching storm and feel the air and the sand beneath my feet. What more can I say?

The mood of the image is so good I can almost feel the anticipation of the storm coming. The coloring is excellent!

I like the feeling of this, it reminds me of a fast moving storm moving across the Panhandle of Texas or New Mexico. The reflection on the water helps give the work life as the water laps at the sandy shore...Keep up your good works...

very much the way our weather is shaping up.there are violent thunderstorms near by but yet it is calm here with virtually no wind.very disheartening. your art however is beautiful and composed really well
