The good news is that you can't catch it from a seat. The bad news is that you can catch it when you export large amounts of a natural resource that drives up the value of your dollar. Sure at first you're giddy with the awesome new buying power, but you soon discover that no one wants to buy the stuff you make any more - and you go broke... Some people are warning Canadians that we are starting to show some of the tell-tale signs of Dutch Disease owing to the oil boom in Alberta. But what can we do to ease the swelling of our poor bloated loonie ? Here are some ideas: link Rendered in Apo 2.07 with border and post-work in Corel PhotoPaint.
