Description

The hamburger. I like them with real beef. Know what I mean. And fresh too. Every thing on it too. Love them bbq too or cooked on a open fire. Or warp them in foil and put onions and spices and maybe a peice of bacon on top and close the foil up and put it under the campfire lol melts in you mouth and your eyes roll up as you bite into it. Here I cooked it in a black cast iron frying pan . Add a little oil . I used a red pepper infuse olive oil and two of the red peppers fell out ofthe bottle as i pour about two or three tablespoons of oil in the pan. You see one up in the upper right hand corner here in this photo. I took a photo of the peppers by themselfs so you can look at yesterday image click thanks for looking and getting hunger too sorry about that part. But we got to eat lol

I've had Black Angus and I've had old dairy cow after a year in the freezer. My favorite out is the Carl's Jr. Watch the Allison Armitage ad video to get a newer perspective than mine which is 30 years old.

I always get the best ground beef for making burgers Jocko, I usually chop up an onion very fine and mix that in with the beef and seasoning plus the white of an egg to help them bind. Make them into pats and throw them in a pan just like this, I hate shop bought and Macdonalds, I like meat in mine not rusk. Excellent capture, won't win a cookery contest, but they sure go down well. Bravo!!!!!
