Description

I was so afraid when I took this shot because what you see on the foreground is a slack and muddy tarpaulin. I went on it in order to shot this « curious object » and I slid on it, was unable to walk neither climbing again to go back on the lane. Some teenagers, passing by, had fun about me ! When you like photo, you must take strong risks !;-) I hope you’ll appreciate and I thank you in advance ! Have a good week-end and "Joyeuses Pâques" ! And thank you very much for your comments on my previous upload: thumb_1640613.jpg "Stone petals"

Janiss, you see the things so many other miss. Thanks for this image of the strange object, perhaps a broken fountain? I am glad we are not seeing Janiss in the water with the object.

Let me put it that way, Janiss, this photo would have been worth a little bath... This object, whatever it may be - and I think it's a fountain too - looks absolute amazing!

Les objets très curieux....!!! À mon je trouve des embouts d'une source qui a à leurs réflecteurs des alentours qu'ils éclairent les effets d'eau.....!!!! Une excellente et créative photo Janiss...!!!

A curious object - what could this be? I don`t know... And a good photography! I love the reflections. And a dangerous shot, too.. Take care of you, janiss

Excellent shot, looks very intersting. Fantastic composition of textures, reflections and colors. Thank you for you commitment. Often I stay in the biggest mud to get the best POV. :)

A very strange looking island with pipes connected. I had thought it may be some sort of lights? I understand the comical looks we often get.. I was with a friend once on a ship we were taking reflections in puddles on the deck, much to the amusement of passers by!

Risk-taking seems to be part of the cosmic plan for artists. Hope you're OK. You find the beautiful details in the city the way one might capture close-ups of flowers. Love the reflections in the water, the moss, and the colors of the textures.

Fascinating object and it does look to me like a fountain. Splendid textures and reflections in the water (which I'm happy you're not in!) Excellent, tho risky, capture, Janiss.

I hope you didn't get too cold and dried off quickly! I think this is maybe an old water fountain, but I could be wrong. Great capture and POV my friend!!

Sounds like you went to some lengths to take this wonderful capture..... glad your alright, and a most fascinating outcome. It is indeed rather curious, and at first site it looks as though we have some Canadian Geese on a "voyage" .... I love these kind of images Janis, where there can be so many interpretations; so much to see and admire. I love the reflections, a really excellent composition with much imagination!

Yes, we do go some crazy places and do some crazy things for our fotos, but in the end, it's well worth it for shots such as these!!!
