Description

Slurp! Reminds me of a tongue tasting some lava on the rocks. In the mean time, new signs of activity at Kilauea summit some 10 miles away. Crater Halemaumau had exploded sending rocks over a 75 acre with chunks about the size of a washing machine. Luckily, no one was around during the early morning blast. It is kicking up some dark ash or plume which is not good for your lungs. "Clic here for info:" . Aloha and thank you for viewing

You just have to wonder why it is so angry, don't you. This seems so horrible and how can you live so close and not worry about that ash. That is the part of all this that would scare me. Fabulous shot and great info. Thanks for the link too.
