Description

As most of you know David Oblad here at Renderosity taught me how to use Bryce....We spent many hours on the phone while he taught me almost a year ago....there were a few things he didn't go over with me then but we had another lesson yesterday, 4 hours of him teaching me how to do textures, camera views and a few other tricks using Bryce....so last night I decided to see if I could put any of those tricks to use in an image...and I must say, I am proud of this outcome...I could have never done this without the lessons he so graciously has given me...there is an artist here at renderosity named photostar...real name Keith...no one can master a terrain in Bryce better than he can...I brought this up to Dave and my strong desire to learn to make terrains like Keith does...I still have a long way to go but I don't think my first attempt looks too shabby....Dave...thank you a million...you my friend have helped me in so many ways and I cherish each and every moment you have given me...HUGZZZZZZZZ....this ones for you Dave! God Bless and Blessed be!

Wow, thanks so much Marlene. Excellent render as always. Looks a bit on the cold side, but your writing warmed me up a lot..lol. When I saw this Ebot, I half expected to see that silly BirdHead.. the one you made in Wings3D. I am looking forward to your building some cool Models with that modeling program. Perhaps a little house for us.. here at RR? I love watching you grow. And so fast.. been my distinct pleasure guiding you, the little bit that I actually have. But you have a good eye, better than mine, and your doing great. Bravo and keep up the terrific progress. Hugs back to you, young lady.. Dave :^)

Yes, David has taught you well, Marlene. And you should be really proud of this one. The mist effect has added much distance to your render and the lighting seems to signal more snow coming. Thanks, also for the mention, it's much appreciated.
