Description

This week features a weary, battle scarred mother just beyond the prime of her life. She had numerous open wounds on her side and it was also evident she was suckling, her cubs hidden out of sight. She is as vigilant and dangerous as can be despite her exhausted appearance. Sitting in the bush watching animals reveals many a story to the keen and watchful eye. What a noble and dedicated creature! Since they are mostly on farms these days will someone get a veterinarian for her to heal her wounds? She probably got them protecting her cubs...too bad they weren't withing shooting range as well!
