Around this tree
I tie my ribbon
While you lace your beads
I promise to love you
When you are unlovable
Hug you
When you are unhugable
To listen
When you need to cry
To stand in front of you
When you are not up to the fight
To hold your hand
And kiss your face
To dance
When you want to dance
To rub your feet when you are tired
Because we both know
You have the cutest feet in the world
To rub your back
To sing you songs
To whisper I love you
All night long
And when we are both
in the grave
I promise I will find you
And love you again
Today has been a good day for this old vaggabondd. I wrote a poem earlier that I really love then I went to take pictures and I found this tree with the ribbons and beads and I thought two people who are very much in love probably stood here and said how much they love each other and I couldn’t resist. I just had to try and put a poem to it. So this poem is for anyone who has been in love, is in love or wants to be in love. Randy
