Description

Yesterday I posted a view from a mountain road looking down on Porto Maniche. Today it is from Porto Maniche looking up the mountains. The terraced hills are vineyards protected from any bad weather will tall heathers cut from the mountains. The heathers make effective windbrakes and allow the grapes to ripen earlier.
