Description

I find these strangely beautiful flowers, with their unusual structure, almost artificial looking.I would love to live in a climate where such exotic flora grows easily - maybe one day?

How can it be that this is one country's national flower and I've never known about it before! It's marvelous. Since I am able to grow a lot of South African plants here, maybe I'll see about this one as well. Great capture!

WOW! VERY nice shot of them, and they're wonderful-looking! Where are they supposed to grow well? Do you know? (I'm looking for some more flowers I can plant in our bit of landscaping in our backyard, and we live in Colorado.)
