Description
Another one of my Jaguar shots. Love this animal to bits.. so photogenic. Just wish the Black Jag would show itself from time to time, but no one actually seen him yet despite the zoo claiming he is there lol. Anyways.. .managed to shoot this fella just as he was trying to fish in the moat. I wish I could have gotten the reflection in as well but my position and the size of the moat didnt make that possible. You still can see its paws a bit though lol. Hope you like xxx

wow, my favo animal, I really like leopards and other big cats, lovely pose and nice ligthing as well....I thought this is a leoapard?? Or am I wrong?

Hello Vlaaitje....... lol.. Leopards and Jaguars are very similar in their markings but are distiguishable by there heads and poses and stuff. Trust me.. its def a Jaguar lol. Our zoo dont have leopards. xxxx

very nice shot, not obviously zoo, and nice behaviour, Jaguars being the most acquatic of the big cats. I knew they have relatively large heads, but those paws look huge too. all the better for scooping up fish, turtles, cayman etc. keep up the good work !
