Description
Subdivision modeled in Cinema4D. 1356 polys for the base control mesh for the front, 999 for the back, subdivided twice at render. I think the little fiddly straps and buckles are going to be harder than the big pieces of the armor themselves, we'll see. Enjoy, feedback welcome.

I see you're going very nice into modelling. I like the shape of these armor pieces. Something between organic and 'carapace' (not sure of the word). It goes very well with the helmet.

This is looking very good. I really like the way this looks from an aesthetic viewpoint. Practicality (in fantasy armor -- please!) though would suggest that sword or spear thrusts especially from shorter enemies would snag in the creases of the armor and possibly break through the seams or throw her back off balance (in the case of a spear catching under the crease). But honestly this is really great looking and would be excellent looking in renders! I am really looking forward to seeing this all put together!
