Description
The cold weather has slowed the advance of spring, but my apple tree has finally started to bloom. I shot this today during a sunny period in between rain showers LOL. I liked the pink bud showing through the translucent petal.

My apple blossoms are pretty much done and I have a couple dozen apples set. Like you, I find the hint of pink in the blooms enchanting, just like this capture is enchanting. Great shot, Dennis.

oh yes! the taste of spring . I love it! ... Love the blossoms of the apple ..they are so delicate and fragile esp with frost ......grrrrrrrr. My neighbor has a huge orchard of them and I always get excited, cause I know in fall there will be fresh apple cider for the neighbors (ME ME ME LOL) Terrific shot! ty for sharing
