Description

This image began with the creation of a new ship.In the terrain editor I created lattice terrains from various custom shapes, and combined them with a few bryce primitives to form my model.Once finished,I decided to continue in the terrain editor and create a suitable city scene with numerous custom shapes and a large number of cylinders, spheres and toruses.Customising bryce preset mats,I rendered the city. Then,I duplicated the various terrains, enlarged them and rendered in bryce foliage presets to give me an overgrown look to the buildings. In order to add variety and take away from the echoed shape of the buildings,I selected each area of buildings, returned to the terrain editor and using the brush set at low elevation,I carved away at the terrains to cut holes into the foliage and break up the shapes. Finally I rendered the ship in a combination of preset mats and a texture from www.3dtotal.com/textures and added my signature. Thanks for all your previous comments and views!

Excellent feeling of height and vastness. Well made scene. The ship above the clouds I feel should be a little more reflective, but otherwise everything is perfect.

Wow, amazing details here. You always amaze me with your bryce modelling but this time you went really far. This is really well done, congratulations. For some reason, this reminds me the mood of old comics I used to read. Thanks for the memories!

Impressive and top-notch Bryce work. The pov you've chosen sets such a dramatical mood for the scene. Brilliant!

yes, this shows what Bryce can really do. The terrain lattice work is great, the towers are outstanding, the use of preset textures, the pov...it's just an all around excellent display of talent. However, like many of your pieces, I think this one need some lights in the buildings, and maybe even the craft, to give them life.
