Description
I have done it! I have purchased my dream - the brand new Canon 450D last Saturday. At this stage I am still overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles, but hopefully I will get to know it quickly. The collage is made up from a few bits and pieces I just shot around my garden - with the new toy.
My excitement is unsurpassed but by bank balance doesn't look all that happy anymore! :(

that's a really great collage Carin, seriously - much better than my excited 'shot of new camera' when I got mine..! speaking of which good choice, I have the 400d and am mildly jealous of the kit lens you have with the 450 - by all accounts a better lens, and if I'm right with IS built in? lucky girl u =P I'm guessing it's a pretty similar setup to the 400d, which after nearly 5 months of use I'm pretty comfortable with.. so if it's all still a bit overwhelming maybe I could be of help on certain things - if it's your first SLR then I was in a very similar boat a few months back =)
