It sez helpful, so here goes: the right hand doesn't look quite right, i think it's the shadows, so maybe just use a small low opacity airbrush in postwork to put that in. the left side of the candle is a bit sharp, try a 1 pixel blur just in that area(very small detail-sorry). flame's good, but i think if you made a render w/o the candle, then just overlayed that area over the arm, it would be great. love the tex for the man, veins are subtle, but provide realism, and the candle wax is fantastic.
