Description
These guys were in quite a hurry - probably to a watering hole. It was late afternoon and a thunderstorm was building. They are such easy subjects to photograph but this time I had to point and shoot. :) Oh, the image was also taken in the Kruger National Park in South Africa.

I have read a few things about zebras but there is not much out there. I do know they are very lovely and that this is a stellar shot of two of them. :-)

you certainly have a few more interesting animals in your environs than the seemingly neverending stream of seaguls found in the town where I live! it looks from the clouds like they're thinking of running from the approaching rain... dunno whether it did but that's how it looks to me and adds mood to the shot, nice work =)

Excellent capture Carin, it must be wonderful to live close to the park, how do things work there? do you have to pay? do you have to have a guide? I can imagine some dangerous animals about so you would have to know what you are doing, especially at dusk. I would love to have something like that practically on the doorstep. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
