A neat effect Mick but I have to agree with you about overdoing it slightly. The colours have a washed out look. A bright day I guess and a slow shutter to get the effect, there is one red bar though that packs some oomph the furthest away. I wouldn't know how to rectify the image though Mick. I do like the effect you have created though, and thats the main thing. Alan took about 400 shots yesterday and binned about 100 so far, I took 199 and so far have rejected about 195. I don't know but had a bad day for taking pics. Excellent capture. Bravo!!!!!

Fun shot. Love the presumption of someone swinging. Put ice on that head! and take it easy for a bit. :-)

OUCH!!! Be careful, my friend!!! I love this shot, makes me think of my times on a swing and how I always thought I could fly if I jumped off. I couldn't and came home with scrapes and bruises as proof~~~ I did finally figure it out, and was highly disappointed!!

Oh, no, your poor head! I woke up with a sinus headache this morning, and then read your tale about yours, and I can certainly sympathize! I think you did this just right, and don't think you overdid it at all. ;o)

Wonderful deep shot. I think the colour is perfect with the swing trail as (in my opinion) you've captured an endless era of history and/or future. Very spooky

Well it's a bit bright, but it's a clever idea. I have not seen it done before on here.

I don't think you have overdone it mydelf, any more shadow detail would not have shown the trails as well, nice shot mate, great idea!
