These are some more shots of the chaffinches taken at the Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall area at Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, North Wales.
I know that the close cropping of the pics breaks the usual rules of giving the subject enough room in the image, but as a triptych collage I think this works as the birds to either side are looking into the main picture. However, this is experimental in its nature so your views on this are most welcome.

Excellent triptych Carl, I think the work quite well actually, as you say the outside birds are looking into the center. Looking at the space in the frame though, you could have maybe given them slightly more room, but the center one would have to stay the same width. Nah they look OK, I'd have it hung on my wall anyhow. I like the way you have lit the frame in the cantre before pasting the birds in looks good. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

Yes, rules can be broken sometimes, if it works - and this does work Carl so well done. I love the pic on the right - that pose is so cute and he has a cheeky look about him. Beautifully presented as a triptych and the lighting effects on the background really help to bring the photos to life. Excellent work again hun. Chrissy xox
