This little chaffinch was shot from the Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall area at Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, North Wales, after we had taken a few hundred shots of the waterfall and surrounding area and had gone to the nearby restaurant/bar that overlooks the falls. There were a lot of these little guys flying around trying to get the last few crumbs of cake or sandwich that had been left by the customers and they didn�t seem to be wary of people much at all.

He/she is a plump little beggar, so I guess they manage to get quite a few crumbs Carl, the tits finches squirrels and the like at Heaton Park are like this. They get that much food of visitors, the squirrels come and eat out of your hand and occisionally the birds do to. Excellent capture of this one Carl and full zoom is outstanding. Superb work. Bravo!!!!! You don't have the post code for Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall do you, for the satnav or the nearest town? I'll have to pay a visit next time I'm down that way.
