Description

This is dedicated to those feeling lost because a child has to leave the nest soon.

Now Lord seal this prayer in Heaven
and let it follow them wherever they go
for I desire the best for them
and behold the seeds, that they will sow
also this prayer goes out for others
for their children you will also keep
and allow them to grow under your safety
while we at times are sleep

I can releate to that feeling...I have had 8 children leave the nest and I cried just as hard as each one left saying a silent prayer that the paths they choose to take in life will always be the best ones...excellent capture!

I especially like the one little seed taking flight against the blue sky. A beautiful picture with comforting words to go with it.

Super composition Piet and expertly captured, love the attached poem, that and the image were made for each other. The one seed leaving the nest as it were, I have had three leave and one still at home. She knows when she's on to a good thing does this one. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

This is like no other. First, the one seed leaving on it's own heading downhill & upside down at first but will find it's own air current to send it on it's way. Then, the parent plant bending in flexibility away from the seed, but sturdy enough to hold up after the separation. Amazing and profound. The composition allows the focus to be on the "coming out" of the youngster. Very well done.

Pieter... this touches me like no other photo ever has. The words .. the poem .. is so beautiful, to go along with this brilliant work of art you created. As you know, my son will soon be off this Fall .. I dread the moment, yet I'm excited for him, too. He knows he always has a home to come back to here .. (I can't wait to scrub his ROOM!!! LOLOL) This is beautiful Pieter..... amazing work. fav
