This is dedicated to those feeling lost because a child has to leave the nest soon.

Now Lord seal this prayer in Heaven
and let it follow them wherever they go
for I desire the best for them
and behold the seeds, that they will sow
also this prayer goes out for others
for their children you will also keep
and allow them to grow under your safety
while we at times are sleep

Well, I had one leave the nest, but he's back again. ;o) Still have two back home. It was sad when he left, but it's good to have him return. Excellent capture! It's is poignant.

Pieter I have some years to go before I will be where you are now. I dread it even now, but I try to enjoy and savor every moment I can. I also have that prayer even now for my little one. I have a feeling your child has been raised well and you have given them all they need to go out in this world. What a most beautiful capture and the words are just touch the heart! Wonderful job!

I think this touches everyone in one way or another. It's a beautiful capture, and the poem goes perfectly with it. I immediatley thought, dandelion, but perhaps not, there are quite a few flowers that go to seed like this. Dandelion is one of my faves.
